We are delighted to welcome Pope Ahimbisibwe to the Starchild family as our new Ambassador in Uganda.

Pope has been supporting Starchild in a legal capacity, offering invaluable guidance as we grow and strengthen our projects in Uganda. We are now honoured to share that he has also taken on the formal role of Starchild Ambassador, becoming an official and deeply valued representative of our work and mission.

Pope is profoundly committed to serving the disabled community of Uganda. He brings a wealth of vision, compassion, and professionalism to Starchild Uganda, advocating passionately for an inclusive Uganda where children and adults with disabilities and autistic needs are seen, supported, and empowered. His dedication to sustainable, community-led change aligns beautifully with everything Starchild stands for.

Most recently, Pope spoke on our behalf at the memorial celebration — a fitting occasion to honour the spirit of compassion and unity that connects us all. He officially recognised Frankie's birthday as a day of purpose, joined by Frank and David, who shared moving words and memories that touched everyone present.
